Welcome to my site! I’m Louise, I love history and have over 20 years experience in working in collection management in beautiful places within the heritage sector. I started my Instagram @theheritagehistorian because I wanted to share these places with people and to connect with fellow history lovers. I believe the journey of learning never ends and after studying History at University, I also completed studies in Heritage Management, Conservation and even History Branding! I love meeting creative people (whatever stage of their career or sector) and love live music. I am also a keen miniaturist and have 2 dolls houses of my own in 12th scale which have been a labour of love over the years.
